Refund & Return Policy (International Orders)

For all international orders, the following policy applies:

1. Refund Eligibility
   Customers may request a refund for eligible products in accordance with our return conditions. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified return period.
2. Refund Amount
   Upon approval of the return, 10% of the total order value will be refunded to the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
   All shipping fees (both delivery and return shipping costs) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
   • Customers must contact our support team before sending any item back.
   • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed.
5. Processing Time
   Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.

 

 

 

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع الطلبات الدولية كما يلي:

1. أهلية الاسترداد
   يمكن للعملاء طلب استرداد المبالغ وفقًا لشروط الإرجاع المعتمدة لدينا. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية، ويتم إرجاعها خلال الفترة المحددة للإرجاع.
2. قيمة الاسترداد
   عند الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، سيتم استرداد 10% فقط من إجمالي قيمة الطلب للعميل.
3. تكاليف الشحن
   جميع تكاليف الشحن (التوصيل والإرجاع) تقع على عاتق العميل بالكامل، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد.
4. إجراءات الإرجاع

• يجب على العميل التواصل مع فريق الدعم قبل إعادة أي منتج.
• أي طلبات إرجاع يتم إرسالها بدون موافقة مسبقة قد لا يتم قبولها.
• بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد في حال تمت الموافقة عليه.

1. مدة المعالجة
   يتم تنفيذ عمليات الاسترداد المعتمدة خلال فترة زمنية معقولة حسب مزود الدفع المستخدم.
