Shipping Policy (International Orders)
سياسة الشحن (الطلبات الدولية)
1. Processing Time | مدة تجهيز الطلب
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. قد تزيد مدة التجهيز خلال المواسم أو العطلات.
2. Shipping Time | مدة الشحن
International delivery time varies depending on the destination country and courier service. Estimated delivery time is typically between 5 to 15 business days, but delays may occur due to customs or logistics conditions.
تختلف مدة الشحن الدولي حسب بلد الوجهة وشركة الشحن. عادةً تكون مدة التوصيل بين 5 إلى 15 يوم عمل، وقد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب الجمارك أو ظروف الشحن.
3. Shipping Fees | رسوم الشحن
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are fully paid by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Customs & Import Duties | الجمارك والرسوم
Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost.
العميل مسؤول بالكامل عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد تفرضها دولته، وهذه الرسوم غير مشمولة في تكلفة الشحن لدينا.
5. Delivery Delays | تأخير التوصيل
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن التخليص الجمركي أو شركات الشحن أو الظروف الجوية أو أي ظروف أخرى غير متوقعة.
6. Incorrect Address | العنوان غير الصحيح
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
يجب على العميل تقديم عنوان شحن صحيح. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو فقدان بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو غير مكتمل.
7. Order Tracking | تتبع الطلب
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or message to monitor their shipment.
