شروط الخدمة (الطلبات الدولية)

1. General Agreement | الاتفاق العام

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all international customers and transactions.

عند تقديم طلب معنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع العملاء والمعاملات الدولية.

2. Orders | الطلبات

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

جميع الطلبات تخضع للقبول والتوفر. نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب حسب تقديرنا.

3. Pricing & Payment | الأسعار والدفع

All prices are listed in the selected currency and must be paid in full before order processing and shipment.

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالعملة المحددة ويجب دفعها بالكامل قبل معالجة الطلب وشحنه.

4. Shipping | الشحن

International shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

قد تختلف مدة الشحن الدولي حسب الوجهة وشركة الشحن. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن الجمارك أو شركات الشحن.

5. Returns & Refunds | الإرجاع والاسترداد

  • Returns are only accepted for eligible items in unused and original condition.
  • Upon approval of a return, only 10% of the total order value will be refunded.
  • All shipping costs (delivery and return) are fully borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • يتم قبول الإرجاع فقط للمنتجات المؤهلة التي تكون غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية.
  • عند الموافقة على الإرجاع، يتم استرداد 10% فقط من إجمالي قيمة الطلب.
  • جميع تكاليف الشحن (التوصيل والإرجاع) يتحملها العميل بالكامل وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد.

6. Return Process | إجراءات الإرجاع

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved returns will be inspected before processing any refund.

يجب على العميل التواصل معنا قبل إرجاع أي منتج. قد لا يتم قبول الإرجاع غير المصرح به. يتم فحص المنتجات بعد الاستلام قبل معالجة أي استرداد.

7. Customs & Import Duties | الجمارك والرسوم

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

العميل مسؤول عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد تفرضها دولته.

8. Liability | المسؤولية

We are not liable for any indirect losses, delays, or damages caused during shipping or third-party handling.

نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تأخير أو أضرار تحدث أثناء الشحن أو من قبل أطراف ثالثة.

9. Amendments | التعديلات

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
